People are not machines. People cannot go at full speed 24/7 and need time to relax. Some people like to watch TV. Others like to read or listen to music. Some people exercise or meditate and others take a short nap. Some people develop a pattern of deep breathing in and out several times. Take time for yourself and find a way to relax. Once you learn to relax, you will be calmer and you will feel less stress. Find some moments for relaxation several times each day. You will feel better and be more productive.
