     Motivation is a key ingredient in accomplishing all you want in life. You have to keep moving on and towards your goals and what you want to accomplish. Every day is a new chance to get going on the path to achieving your goals. Don't be disappointed if you can't accomplish something each day – we are not machines but people. We all have moments when we don't want to do anything but rest or goof off. This is fine. Don't beat yourself up because you didn't do something. Start fresh the next day. When you need a spark to get motivated, force yourself to do it and you will succeed in moving on.
