Anger is a destructive emotion. When you get angry deal with it so you overcome the anger. Take steps and do things that will let your anger out whether it is ripping up papers and throwing them around or talking to the person who made you angry and telling them your feelings or telling the event to a friend. The longer you hold on to the anger, the unhappier you will be. Get rid of anger, feel better, and move on with positive thoughts and emotions.
